Dental practices and labs

Dental websites that feel like the practice, not the template

Patients decide how a practice will feel before they ever walk in. Eight dental projects — practices, a full-service lab, and a multidisciplinary clinic — have taught us that the atmosphere is the differentiator, and that it survives only if the design carries it.

What we keep seeing

Every dental site looks the same, so patients choose on proximity

Dental marketing has converged on one look: stock photography, a tooth icon, a list of services identical to the practice next door. When every option looks the same, the patient defaults to whichever is closest or cheapest — and the practice that spent years building a distinctive experience gets no credit for it.

The practices we have worked with each had something genuinely specific. Oakville Dental Arts built a spa atmosphere. Eltek made fearless, comfortable dentistry the whole point. Roshen is a lab serving dentists, not patients. Those are different businesses and should not share a template.

The recurring issues
  • Interchangeable sites that erase what makes the practice different
  • Booking that stops at a phone number and office hours
  • New-patient forms handled entirely on paper
  • Labs and practices squeezed into the same page structure despite serving different buyers
How we help

What we build for dental clients

Practices, laboratories, and clinics with dental among several disciplines.

Practice websites

Design that carries the actual atmosphere of the practice, with services structured so a nervous patient finds the answer quickly.

Brand identity

Logo and identity work for practices and labs. Four of the eight projects here started with the brand before the site.

Appointment requests and intake

Booking requests and new-patient forms that work on a phone, so the front desk is not the only route in.

Clinic systems

For larger multidisciplinary clinics, custom CRM and patient-facing tools — as we built for All Health Medical Centre.

Ongoing operation

Hosting, updates, and content changes so a new service or a new associate does not wait on a developer.

The work behind this

Dental clients we have actually built for

Eight projects across three different kinds of dental business — patient-facing practices, a laboratory serving dentists, and a clinic where dentistry is one service among several.

Brand identity work for Oakville Dental Arts, Roshen Dental Lab, and Eltek Dental is documented separately in the portfolio.

Why this model fits dental practices

A practice has no IT department, and should not need one

01

One number to call

When the site is down or a form stops emailing, a practice manager should not have to work out whether it is the host, the developer, or the form plugin. We own all of it.

02

The site keeps up with the practice

New associate, new service, updated hours. These are content changes and should never require a project.

03

Patient information handled carefully

Intake forms carry health information. We keep collection minimal and are explicit about where it goes.

04

The design does not decay

Practices that carefully built an atmosphere lose it to years of ad-hoc edits. Ongoing ownership is what stops that drift.

Questions dental practices ask us

Where an integration exists, we connect booking requests to it. Where it does not, we build a clean request flow that reaches the front desk reliably rather than pretending a sync exists.

Yes, and often it should come first. Oakville Dental Arts, Roshen, and Eltek all began with identity work — the site then had something specific to express.

It depends on whether you need brand work and how much custom functionality is involved. We scope it properly rather than quoting a package number that changes once we see the requirements.

Yes — Roshen Dental Lab is a lab serving dentists. It is a different audience and a different site, which is exactly the point.

Yes. We build on a CMS your team can use for hours, services, and team changes without calling us.

Next step

Tell us what makes the practice different

If you can describe what patients notice when they walk in, we can usually tell you within a call whether the current site conveys any of it.
